Chipboard

Chipboard, known also as particle board or low-density fibreboard depending on your preference is a cheap to produce yet versatile material used heavily in the construction of furniture and surfaces around the home. Sold either as plain board or faced with laminate or melamine, it's a great choice for a cost effective yet durable worktop. It is prone to swelling when damp, but with our laminate and protective surfaces applied water damage should be no problem with the right care.

We can provide chipboard cut to size or as whole sheets, most of the sheets are available in standard sizes 2440x1200mm or 3050x1220mm ( 8X4 ft of 10x4 ft).

We can supply 18mm 25mm 38mm chipboard or if you prefer a custom size such as 60mm or 80mm we can make this.
